We at J&J Sod Company, LLC take pride in our work and the sod products we sale. 

We personally inspect the final product before delivering it to our customers. Our return policy ends at the time sod it’s delivered.

Due to the perishable nature of any turfgrass (sod) products. Sod requires immediate installation and watering. 

J&J Sod Company, llc can not accept responsibility for conditions after the sod leaves our hands nor those beyond our control which lead to growth failure, such us:  

• Improper soil 
• Improper installation 
• Sod not installed upon delivery
• Improper watering 
• Environmental issues inherited to site such as shade
• Weeds developed after installation
• Improper maintenance and fertilization

If you, the customer, are not immediately satisfied with the sod upon delivery, it is required that you contact our office.

Sod is a perishable item therefore, there is no warranty, no refunds or returns, all sales are final.
